4. SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Resell, license, or distribute SUPERCOZY products or designs without written permission
Create “inspired by,” similar, or confusingly similar designs
Use SUPERCOZY imagery, branding, or product photography for AI training, datasets, NFTs, or digital replicas

Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law, including injunctive relief, damages, and legal fees.

6. RESALE & COMMERCIAL USE PROHIBITED

SUPERCOZY products are sold for personal use only.

You may not:

Resell products online or in stores
Use products for giveaways, promotions, or brand collaborations
Alter products and represent them as SUPERCOZY originals
Use SUPERCOZY products in paid content, campaigns, or endorsements without written approval

Unauthorized resale or commercial use may result in order cancellation, legal action, and permanent banning from the Site.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Infringe on our IP or the rights of others
Attempt to reverse-engineer our products or Site

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
