Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Final sale items are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for approved returns.

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label with instructions.
Refunds

There is no restocking fee.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for your refund to process, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order once your return is approved to ensure availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
Abuse & Fraud Prevention
SUPERCOZY reserves the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of excessive returns, suspected fraud, or abuse of our return policy.
